Bexar County Community Health Assessment

The Health Collaborative has completed the 2013 community health assessment that is used by various community stakeholders to identify gaps in service and build collaboration and support for families. Click here to view the report.

Replay the video below of the community meetings where people from across the city added their input, and the assessment rollout right here on this page.  Guest speakers at the rollout included Bexar County Judge Nelson Wolff, Senator Leticia Van de Putte and District 3 City Council Representative/Mayor Pro Tem Rebecca Viagran. The rollout webcast and video was underwritten by the Health Collaborative.

The Health Collaborative is a network of citizens, community organizations and businesses working together to solve critical community health needs. According to its mission, It gathers a community-wide health assessment study every four years "to improve the health status of the community through collaborative means."
