For the sixth year, we are updating or map of of back-to-school events, including free backpacks and school supplies, free and low-cost immunization shots, health fairs and clinics. You can email your event information or corrections to email@example.com, or submit your own events right to the map.

In Texas, students K-12 are required to get shots for communicable diseases ranging from measles and mumps to diphtheria and polio. As shown by the map below, the percentage of children with up-to-date immunizations varies considerably.
