Help build a living history of the East Side

We need your help!

NOWCastSA is partnering with the Eastside Promise Neighborhood initiative to collect oral histories about San Antonio's East Side. 

That means we want YOU to tell us anything and everything you can remember about your community! 

Help us get the whole story as we work together to create short video documentaries about the assets in your neighborhood (see video below for an example). NOWCastSA currently has a list of more than 63 points of interest that need your voice (see the map below and feel free to holler at us if we missed any).

If you have a piece of the story in your memory, we have the tools to make sure that history is not lost. 

If you have old photos or home movies of the East Side, NOWCastSA wants to see them. Or, if you know just the person to talk to about local history, introduce us!
