TETCO and Tom Turner Family Foundation Donate $50,000 to Returning Heroes Home

Returning Heroes Home is the recipient of a $50,000 gift from TETCO and the Tom Turner Family Foundation to assist San Antonio’s wounded warriors, bringing the total to date $570,000 that the company has donated to the nonprofit organization.

Steve Huffman, president of Returning Heroes Home, said the nonprofit will use the TETCO contribution to fund programs and services for injured soldiers and their families on the road to recovery while at Joint Base Fort Sam Houston.

“Their contributions have had a meaningful impact on the success of the mission to help our wounded  men and women of the Armed Services, as well as their caregivers heal in an environment driven in large part by the Turner family. We thank them for their support,” Huffman said.

TETCO has been a long-time supporter of the U.S. military. “This gift is a token of our appreciation for all that our military members do by defending our nation,” said Jon Turner, TETCO vice chairman.

Returning Heroes Home was established in 2007 to provide comfort and support in the best possible healing environment to the nation’s brave military men and women and their families on the long road to recovery. For more information, visit http://wfsupportfund.org/
