Kellibrew rebuilt his life after childhood traumas that included being raped and being held at gunpoint and forced to witness shootings of and by his family members. U.S. Rep. Lloyd Doggett will give an update on federal initiatives to protect children, and Diana Martinez of TexProtects, will moderate a panel on how child protection issues fared in the 83rd session of the Texas Legislature and what issues are expected to arise in the 84th Legislative Session.
