San Antonio is embarking on its first comprehensive planning process. Why should the average neighborhood resident or business owner care about the comprehensive plan? How can we use this process to continue our community’s recent successes in organizing, informing and mobilizing, as evidenced by SA2020 and the ongoing San Antonio River Improvement Project?
