Webcast: Eastside Midnight Basketball League Championship

REPLAY THE VIDEO: NOWCastSA webcast San Antonio's first-ever Midnight Basketball League Championship game from the Davis-Scott Family YMCA.

The Davis-Scott YMCA team won the Championship by a score of 82 to 65 over the Second Baptist Church team.

The league, which includes about 150 young men from 17 to 23, launched June 7 with support from the United Way Eastside Promise Neighborhood, San Antonio Police Athletic League, the San Antonio Police Department, the Davis-Scott Family YMCA and Generations Federal Credit Union.  San Antonio Police Chief William McManus and District 2 Councilwoman Ivy Taylor were on hand for the tip-off and were at the Championship game.
