Dr. Kaissi joined Trinity University in 2003 after earning a PhD in Health Services Administration, Research and Policy from the University of Minnesota. He earned a Master of Public Health in Hospital Administration from the American University of Beirut in his native Lebanon.

Dr. Kaissi teaches courses in Health Care Management, Strategic Planning and Marketing and a comparative course on the American and French health care systems. Dr. Kaissi also works with hospitals and health systems on strategic and business planning and marketing projects.
