Webcast: One Billion Rising, San Antonio style

REPLAY THE VIDEO: NOWCastSA webcast live from San Antonio's HemisFair Park Arches on Feb. 14 when hundreds of people rose up and danced as part of One Billion Rising to demand an end to violence against women.

The march, strike and flash mob dance marked the 15th year for "V-Day," which is commemorated around the world.

Proceeds from the event went to the Rape Crisis Center, the PEACE Initiative and Family Violence Prevention Services. For more information, click here to go to their web page.

Three local food trucks were parked next to the arch to serve participants and passersby: SaySheAte, Wheelie Gourmet and Zum sushi. Interviews with them are in this video:
