International Woman's Day March this weekend

The organizers of the 20th Annual International Woman's Day March in San Antonio invite everyone to be part of this year's rally.

Bring your mothers, sisters, daughters, coworkers and friends. More than 18 groups helped plan the event  and are actively working on issues affecting women, including reproductive rights, access to health care, immigration, sexual harassment, domestic violence, poverty, workplace discrimination, sexism, police brutality, environmental justice, effects of war, racism and anti-queer violence and policy.

The marchers will meet at Bowie and Market streets and march to Plaza Del Zacate. There will be a party following the rally. Here is a link to the route: www.sawomenwillmarch.org/routerally/
