Morgan's Wonderland a special needs theme park will take part in Art in the Park. Playing host to hundreds of students and teachers from all of San Antonio, Morgan's Wonderland will serve as a giant "studio" for hands-on art activities including painting, sculpting, theatre, music and performance. The festival is free with regular park admission.

Park admission is free for any special needs individual, $15 General Admission and $10 for Military, Children 2-10 and Seniors 62+.
