REPLAY THE VIDEO: Ten San Antonio-area visionaries gave lively presentations about how they're changing the way we eat and think about food in South Texas.

The July 24 event at Aldaco's at Sunset Station, was emceed by Blanca Aldaco, chef and owner of Aldaco's. The event was co-hosted by Plaza de Armas and SavorSA with NOWCastSA.
