The Alta Vista Neighborhood Association met on Jan. 25, 2017 to discuss issues including the Vacant Building Program. The 7th Annual ON AND OFF FREDERICKSBURG ROAD STUDIO TOUR, organized by Bihl Haus Arts, is scheduled for February 22 and 23, 2014, with a preview party at Bihl Haus on Friday, Feb. 21, 2014. Our goal is to highlight the quality, variety, and sheer numbers of professional artists—visual, musical, performing, literary—who live and/or work in the Los Angeles Heights, Keystone, Beacon Hill, Monticello Park, Jefferson, Woodlawn Lake and Alta Vista neighborhoods.

National Night Out (NNO) promotes involvement in crime prevention activities, police-community partnerships and neighborhood camaraderie. NOWCastSA aims to enrich San Antonio’s NNO activities by engaging online audiences, raising awareness of events, and helping people and organizations to tell their own stories.
