San Antonio’s DreamWeek looks to have its largest offering yet of activities promoting the ideals of cultural diversity, equality, tolerance and progressive community action. The annual DreamWeek takes place Jan. 6-21, and includes dozens of events citywide — lectures, luncheons, community forums, festivals, exhibits, concerts, among other activities.

The DoSeum will host the third Dream Leaders ceremony this upcoming DreamWeek.  The Dream Leaders ceremony will recognize the achievements of local youth, ages 11 and under, that epitomize the following DreamWeek themes: City, Health, Environment, Technology, Education, Cuisine, Arts, Spirit, Justice, Business, Sportsmanship, and Youth.  In order to nominate a child as a Dream Leader, be sure to submit a half to whole page describing the child’s achievements in the field or fields they have been a part of.
