Musical Bridges Around the World invites children and their families to attend this outdoor event with short performance vignettes and interactive activities representing different international cultures! The Avenida’s 16 de Septiembre Celebration, one of San Antonio’s largest citywide multicultural events attended by nearly 10,000 each year, just got bigger. Adding to the colorful, vibrant and celebratory parade, gala and festival, which have been traditions on the west side of San Antonio for more than three decades, the Mexican Consulate will join with the Avenida Guadalupe Association (Avenida) this year to bring the historical Grito to the festivities.
