The third public input meeting on the new city park next to the Hays Street Bridge will be Wednesday, Dec. 11 from 6 p.m. – 7 p.m. at the Ella Austin Community Center Auditorium, 1023 N. Pine Street. San Antonio Parks and Recreation is hosting the public input regarding the development of a new city park on Cherry Street, to be called The Berkley V. and Vincent M. Dawson Park.

Get help to enroll in the Affordable Care Act on Saturday Dec. 7 from noon to 3 p.m. at Walmart, Brooks City Base, 3302 SE Military Dr. The event is hosted by County Commissioner Tommy Calvert and will include experts providing free enrollment assistance in English and in Spanish.
