Given the podium at the White House Press Briefing Room, Uvalde, Texas native Matthew McConaughey seized the opportunity to talk about the deadly shooting that killed 19 students and two teachers at Robb Elementary. During an emotional speech before media from across the globe, McConaughey said he spent some time in Uvalde with the victim’s families hearing stories, tears and memories.
