The purpose of this event is to gather a group of like-minded individuals in an effort to counter-balance the negativity being seen in the media, U.S. and Abroad. The event will be led by San Antonio-based graphic designer, Danielle Cunningham. The meditation will be held by one Mindful Maven, a group created to provide an open, kind and loving space for peace, introspection and creative inspiration. The specific purpose of this meditation is to promote world peace and love through unified silence.

Stress interferes with everything. Especially our health. We have too many deadlines, and too many devices running our lives. Read a few of my previous posts (http://thenamastecounsel.com/yoga-blog/) on “The Way Life Should Be,” “The Yoga Sutras,” or “Yoga at Sea” for my view of a more balanced stress free life.
