San Antonio is, without question, the most backward city of any of the major urban Texas municipalities when it comes to making public records available. Opacity seems to be the rule.

  The City of San Antonio Parks and Recreation Department is hosting a series of public meetings to gather input for the Brackenridge Park Draft Master Plan. Everyone is encouraged to attend to provide input and help develop a vision. Attend a public meeting to learn more about the draft plan and provide your feedback. SACU is interested in locating a branch in the Southtown neighborhood and needs your input. A series of open community meetings are being held to give participants the opportunity to contribute to the design and operation of the branch and to let SACU know how best to contribute to the financial health of the community. The Alamo Plaza Advisory Committee invites the public to the community input meeting from 6-8 p.m. on Tuesday, Aug. 26, 2014 in Room 103 of the the Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center, 200 E. Market Street. Residents are invited to comment and provide feedback on the draft vision, guiding principles, themes and goals for Alamo Plaza outlined by the committee.

DANA Public Meeting May 12, 2011 Dellview Area Neighborhood Association (DANA) invites the public to hear two guest speakers at its meeting at the Granados Adult Center at 500 Freiling on May 12 at 6:30 PM.
