San Antonio residents may be able to get financial help to repair water pipes broken in the freezing weather under the Community Pipe Repair fund - CPR fund - announced in partnership with the San Antonio Water System, the San Antonio Spurs and Wells Fargo. Mayor Ron Nirenberg said early tallies found more than 3,000 SAWS customers had to shut off their water because of broken pipes from the disastrous February storm. "We think there may be many more than that, and this is precisely why we put together this relief fund," he said.
