Head to any of the locations on the map below during the noted site hours to get some relief from the heat!

Residents will continue to enjoy staying cool, active and fit by visiting one of the Parks and Recreation Department’s four regional pools during the extended pool season. The regional pools will operate from Tuesday, Aug. 18, through Sunday, Sept. 27. During this time, the community is welcome to visit any of the following pools:

Oscar Maldonado, 30, works hard for his money.He sells paletas from his bicycle, a job that's helped him lose 100 pounds since December, going from 326 pounds to 226 pounds.Maldonado sells paletas part time, from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. each day, and he also works for Alamo Concrete from midnight to 7 a.m., driving bulldozers.He said the paleta sales help him save money to restore a '67 GT Mustang.
