This is a simple story of a Texas state agency not acting for the benefit of Texas residents in carrying out a basic, everyday governmental function.  I found a confusing flaw in the highway signage at the intersection of two toll roads.  In an effort to be a good citizen, I tried to get this corrected.  I ran into roadblocks every step of the way, and there is still no satisfactory resolution.

Customers of The Forum at Olympia Parkway were happy to see Santa Claus in a great, big red fire truck crossing the new Forum Parkway ramp at Interstate 35 North on Wednesday morning, Nov. 27. It signaled the end of months of traffic congestion and heavy construction just in time for the anticipated rush of the holiday shopping season starting with Thanksgiving on Nov. 28.
