At this family-friendly event, learn the history and traditions of tamales, enjoy storytelling, take photos with Pancho Claus, and Abuelita hot chocolate sampling and giveaways, and listen to live music!

The Rotary Ice Rink, presented by Valero, will return on Nov. 18, 2022 until Jan. 16, 2023 at Travis Park in downtown San Antonio.

This opening reception officially unveils an outdoor photography exhibit showcasing San Antonio’s 40-year Sister City relationship with Gwangju, South Korea and that city’s designation as a UNESCO Memory of the World city. This celebration of Korean culture will include food, music, dance, family activities, and a special screening of the Korean film, “A Taxi Driver.”

The City of San Antonio’s Department of Arts & Culture invites media to explore two new exhibits at Centro de Artes Gallery, located in San Antonio’s Historic Market Square.
On the first floor, artist Leila Hernández’s exhibit La Visa Negra 2.5: Tendiendo los Trapitos al Sol features sustainable, recycled artworks that reflect on the cultural crossover between South Texas and Northern Mexico.
