REGISTER FOR STEP OUT: WALK TO STOP DIABETES & HELP STOP DIABETES! This year, more than 3,500 area residents will come together to Stop Diabetes® by raising money and walking in Step Out: Walk to Stop Diabetes on November 8th at the Mission County Park Pavilions, a one-day signature fundraising and awareness walk benefiting the American Diabetes Association. Every dollar raised through Step Out plays an important role in supporting the Association’s mission: to prevent and cure diabetes and to improve the lives of all people affected by diabetes.
