César Chávez March for Justice

The 14th annual César Chávez March marks the 44th anniversary of his historic 350-mile pilgrimage from Delano to Sacramento, which drew national attention to the plight of farm workers in America.

To honor this anniversary, and to educate and energize people with the power of civic engagement, commemorate César Chávez by meeting at 11 a.m. at Plaza Avenida Guadalupe, 1321 El Paso, for the march assembly and program.

March begins at 1 p.m. Marcha Grand Marshal will be Mayor Julian Castro.
