- Hector Nevarez, owner of a recently renovated 17-unit apartment complex at 1129 W. Ashby Pl., seeks the adjoining lot at 1121 W. Ashby to be rezoned from R-6 SFD (single family dwelling) to R-6 CD (conditional district for non-commercial parking), to be used for residential parking for the apartment residents. Hearing TBA
- Zoning Change by Victor Salas at 115 Cincinnati from R-6 to C-2 (Residential to (intense) Commercial) to be heard at City Council in December
- Zoning Change from R-6 to R-6CD (Residential to Residential with Conditional Use) at 939 Elsemere by Gerald Smith to be heard at Zoning Commission on Dec 5th.
