UTSA students will be hosting a series of virtual conversations to allow community members an hour to connect, reflect on our experiences during this public health crisis, and consider what compassion means to us as a community at this time.
If you'd like to participate in a small group conversation please sign up for one of the available sessions below.
This is a service project led by students in an undergraduate Civic Leadership course.
All sessions will be hosted in Zoom, a videconferencing platform accessible using a free app on a smart phone, tablet or computer. A dial in option will be provided for individuals who prefer to call in from a landline.
If you have questions, please contact the course instructor, Gina Amatangelo, firstname.lastname@example.org.
What should I expect in the conversation?
Groups of 8-10 people will discuss the following questions:
What are you experiencing or observing right now?
How can we demonstrate compassion as a community during this time?
What do you hope that we learn from this experience as a community?
